Matthew is our owner/founder who has a niche for being able to develop solutions to people’s problems.

Previously an Environmental Consultant, Matthew’s entrepreneurial spirit has led to his involvement in several successful businesses.

When he isn’t involved in forward-thinking business you might be able to catch him down on the farm.

John is a natural leader who has been successfully managing businesses across the UK for more years than he cares to admit.

He has a keen eye for the finer details and looks to utilise his background within the retail sector to add value.

John has a love for outdoor pursuits when his young family allows him to.

Rob has vast experience in managing projects for some of the UK’s biggest retailers.

Having founded and managed his own businesses he understands the importance of delivering high-quality projects and customer service.

Rob loves nothing better than long walks in the countryside with his family and Labrador, often ending up with a well-earned pint.

Louise has successfully created and run her own logistics business for many years.

She adds detailed processes to our operations to ensure consistent delivery of projects.

A lover of horse riding, Louise also enjoys playing tennis & gardening (based on the two plants near her desk).

Having worked within the group for over 10 years, Paul has managed a variety of different projects from start to finish.

He loves dealing with people and has a knack for getting the best out of his teams with his high-energy approach.

When Paul retires, he plans to move to Italy and open his own vineyard (Not a bad plan!).

Richard has gained vast experience in waste management, CQA, environmental permitting, and planning.

Over the past few decades, Richard mainly worked in consultancy before joining the team.

Richard is a keen traveler and loves to get away to interesting places as much as possible.
